Non-Furniture Merchandise
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused non-furniture merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued in the original transaction form of payment as long as you present proof of purchase. Please note that custom order, shipping, and handling fees are not refundable.

Indoor Furniture
We warrant your indoor furniture purchase against manufacturing defects for up to one year. Damages caused by accidents, misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear will not be covered under this warranty.
If damage occurs in transit or you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us at (908) 918-0100 within 7 days. Upon return, we will inspect the merchandise and either repair or replace your furniture immediately.
If you are not completely satisfied with your indoor furniture, you can return/exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please call (908) 918-0100 for return instructions. Upon return, we will inspect and issue a refund for merchandise received in "new" condition (minus 15% restocking fee and any extra long-distance delivery costs).
Please note that special and custom orders are not refundable.
Outdoor Furniture
Our outdoor furniture is constructed of the highest grade of materials and craftsmanship. We warrant our products to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for five years. This warranty does not apply to damages caused from improper assembly, normal wear and tear (such as normal checking lines and weathering), improper maintenance or repair, or severe weather conditions (such as damages caused by fallen trees, hurricanes, floods etc.)

If you are not completely satisfied with your outdoor furniture, you can return/exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please call (908) 918-0100 for return instructions. Upon return, we will inspect and issue a refund (minus outbound and inbound shipping costs) for merchandise received in "new" condition. "New" condition means that the furniture must be returned in the original unweathered condition and packed in its original packing materials. If the furniture cartons were delivered in a pallet, it is customer’s responsibility to palletize the cartons to ensure safe return.
Please note that shipping, custom orders, and maintenance products (teak cleaner, teak patinizer, and teak protector) are not refundable.
