When in stock, orders for non-furniture items will leave our warehouse within 3-7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Upon request, we can ship orders to multiple addresses. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total non-sale value of order shipped to each address.

FURNITURE DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Because furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, deliveries and shipping of these items may incur a surcharge in addition to the regular shipping and handling fees listed above. This charge will automatically be added as you input the destination zipcode at the "Shopping Cart" section. Deliveries to New York City and surrounding areas will incur additional $60 surcharge (to be added separately from online order).

Furniture in stock will be delivered within 1-3 weeks by our own truck and employees. This service includes delivery, unpacking, assembling (if required on outdoor furniture), and placing the furniture within normal room/patio settings. For custom orders, please allow additional processing and manufacturing time.

Special Note on OUTDOOR FURNITURE

For destinations over 20 miles of Summit, NJ (and within the continental USA), large outdoor furniture may be crated and shipped via a freight service. Standard freight shipping is curbside delivery only without any removal of packaging materials. If you need additional assistance with the freight delivery, we recommend white glove delivery service which includes unpacking, assembling, and placing the furniture within normal room/patio setting.

Simple assembly may also be required. Since all pieces are pre-assembled during manufacturing, you can be assured that assembly at home is very easy and straightforward. All necessary parts and instruction information are provided. A screwdriver and a mallet/hammer are the only tools you need for assembly.

All in stock outdoor furniture items will leave our warehouse within 7 business days. Although we keep a large inventory, there are rare occasions when items are backordered. We will notify you of any delays over two weeks.
